Within Highwire, we can create issue-level supplements. After creation, the link is paced in the "In This Issue" box on the TOC. 

Creation

Using the "New Data Supplement Manager" (DSM), choose Upload a New Data Supplement.  For this purpose, the TOC will be considered an "article"  in the context of the DSM instructions.  For a previously published "article", choose your journal and select "Resource ID"

Enter <vol>/<issue> e.g., 112/4, and click Look Up continue as appropriate.

To find such a supplement later to edit or delete, use "Look up and Modify" then choose the "Lookup by Article ID" tab. 

Select resource ID and enter <vol>/<issue>
