EJP Decison IDs

To see these in EJP, 

Go to

Configure Evaluation Forms

Click on Consulting Editor forms (or equivalent based on the journal - it should be the one that makes the decision)
And click Edit on the appropriate form:

Once in the form, click on the decision question.
The Red boxed values are the decision values, specifically the journal_decision_ind field.
